Within 48 hours we deliver a personalised proposal — handpicked hotels, curated experiences, and a detailed itinerary built entirely around you.
Once approved, we handle every reservation, confirmation, and communication — hotels, transfers, dining, and experiences — so you have nothing left to arrange.
Your personal coordinator stays on-hand throughout your trip. Need a last-minute table? A change of plan? We handle it promptly and professionally.

We recommend contacting us at least 2–4 weeks before your intended travel date for the best availability and selection — particularly for peak seasons and popular destinations. We can often work faster for urgent requests; just let us know your situation. We deliver your personalised proposal within 48 hours of our initial consultation.
Packages (one-off) are ideal if you travel 1–2 times a year and want expert help for a specific trip. You pay a single planning fee per journey.
Membership (monthly) is better suited for frequent travellers or anyone who wants ongoing lifestyle management — travel planning, restaurant bookings, event access, personal assistance — handled regularly. At €300/month, Select Membership works out more economical than multiple one-off packages.

Special requests are our speciality. Whether it's a private chef on a yacht, a surprise anniversary arrangement, or a VIP backstage experience — share your vision and our team will make it happen. Nothing is too specific, too last-minute, or too ambitious.
Yes — our services span 30+ countries across six continents. Wherever your travels take you, we have the local contacts and knowledge to deliver. If you're heading somewhere unusual, let us know — our network extends well beyond the typical luxury circuit.
Partner Hotels: We receive a commission directly from our partner hotel groups (Accor HERA, Mandarin Oriental, Leading Hotels of the World, and others). This means you pay the hotel's published rate — nothing more — and we add our services at no extra cost, often with complimentary upgrades and amenities.
Other Hotels: For properties outside our direct partnerships, our Stay Select service (€80 per booking) applies — we research, recommend, and book the best options for your specific requirements.
Package planning fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover the time and expertise invested in your proposal. If your plans change before we begin, please contact us and we will find the best resolution.
Hotel and service bookings are subject to each provider's own cancellation terms, which we will make clear at the time of booking.
Membership can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice — no long-term commitment required.
Planning fees are invoiced separately and must be paid upfront before we begin. For hotel bookings, you have two options: pay the hotel directly with your own card, or prepay us and we settle with the hotel on your behalf. We will always confirm payment arrangements clearly before any booking is made.
